Our first full day in Venice was spent (seemingly alongside half of the rest of the world’s population) wandering its streets and strolling through Piazza San Marco. Venice is an exceedingly beautiful place to be in; a trait, no doubt, that brings tourists in hoards which was quite a shock (albeit quite naive) from the tranquil and empty streets of the night before.
We enjoyed one of the more factually void walking tours yet, and spent most of the day lazily walking/ferrying around and enjoying Venice’s charm before a lovely dinner followed by a late-night photo session.
