498km and another $40 donation to the French Road Authority (or whomever gives the roads their ridiculous pricing) we arrive in Paris where we will end our grand driving tour of Italy and France.
We returned our Citroen C3 to EuroPass - making a very pleasant (albeit accidental) Arc De Triomphe drive-by - then caught the Metro back to our hotel where we spend a lazy night in. Don’t judge us for wasting a Paris experience - we don’t want to pre-empt anything for our proper return to the French capital in a couple of week’s time :)
